2. What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us, and a limited amount of technical information needed to run the website.
- Contact details: your name and phone number, and your email address if you email us.
- Vehicle information: your vehicle registration, the type of repair and a description of the damage. A registration can identify you when it is linked to your enquiry, so we treat it as personal information.
- Photographs: the photos of your vehicle that you upload.
- Enquiry details: whether the repair is an insurance claim or a private repair, and your confirmation that we can use your details to reply.
- Messages: anything you send us by phone, email or Instagram.
- Technical information: when you visit the site, our hosting provider and the services listed in section 5 may process information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver and secure the website.
3. Photo quote enquiries
When you send a photo quote enquiry, your answers and photos are submitted through Wix Forms and stored in the business's Wix account, where Master Fix Bodyworks can review them and reply to you.
- Only upload photos of your vehicle. Please avoid including people, other vehicles' registrations or anything else that isn't needed to show the damage.
- Photos taken on a phone can contain hidden information such as the time and location they were taken. If you'd rather not share this, turn off location tagging in your camera settings before taking the photos.
- We use your enquiry to assess the damage, contact you about the repair and, if you go ahead, arrange the work.
4. Why we use it and our lawful bases
